Multiple cultures from the community come together in an attempt to express and showcase a part of their culture, while learning and experiencing other cultures as well. IRAL will showcase performers of an exceptional quality from across Canada and around the world, motivating members of the local community and giving them the opportunity to interact with these experienced artists.
